My Conscious Conception Coaching approach focuses on bridging the gap between your Mind, Body & Energy because I truly believe our mental, emotional and energetic well-being are a crucial part of the equation.

The sessions are aimed to help you emotionally process what you’re going through, align your subconscious mind with your conscious mind which means removing the thoughts and beliefs that are in the way of conceiving. You will feel more in control again, feel like yourself while pursuing your dream of becoming a mum.

While your doctors are here to help you on the medical side and will look at what’s going on in your body, I am here to accompany you during your journey and explore the mindset & emotional/ energetic aspect. I look at the WHOLE of you, not just the Unexplained Diagnosis.

As your coach, my goal is to get at the root cause of what could cause your current Fertility Struggles with my holistic approach.

  • After being made redundant, I lost my confidence and everything around me started to get blury. I was completely lost.   • I was referred to Laetitia by a friend for EFT. I find Laetitia to be compassionate and empathic in her approach, knowing that I was dealing with difficult scenarios from my past.
