Toxic positivity in Fertility

In this Article of “Health & Wellbeing” Magazine, I talk about the pressure to be endlessly positive and even perfect in our conception journey, the well-meaning but hurtful advices on “being positive” and the difference between genuine positivity and toxic positivity. My real work is to bring awareness on our thoughts and feeling but never dismiss them.
